Location

The building Talent House is situated in one of the most privileged areas of San Sebastian, in the district of Aiete, from where you have a panoramic view of the well-known Concha bay.

The place is ideal: a quiet residential neighbourhood that is nevertheless well-connected with the city centre and the beaches by way of pleasant promenades. It is adjacent to green spaces and near the Miramar Palace –a convention centre– and the Palace of Ayete –a cultural one.

The building has been designed following bioclimatic architecture criteria, including a biomass installation, photovoltaic solar panels, and thermal solar panels for energy use in the building.
