The building
The Talent House building has 80 apartments of different types and communal areas to help the researcher and their family settle in to the city.
The Talent House apartments are modern, comfortable and practical. They have been designed with the different types of family in mind, offering a welcoming home from their first day for families and couples or individuals.
We have apartments adapted for disabled people.
All the apartments have free Wi-Fi and broadband connection, and Television, as well as furniture, fully equipped kitchen (except for the rooms) and basic household items.
The apartments are designed for stays of between 2 weeks and one year, and therefore they do not have certain cleaning and household items (personal cleanliness products, etc.) and other services such as catering, cleaning, etc.
Talent House has different communal areas that provide plus to the stay at the building and enable activities and uses to be developed that improve their integration with the city.

There is WiFi connection in all public areas.
The Talent House building has the possibility of hiring an indoor car parking space for four-wheel and two-wheel vehicles (bicycles and motorbikes).

The parking space rental will be formalised via an annex to the accommodation rental contract. The invoicing will be processed in the same way as the entry and departure table for the accommodation.
The building is equipped with video surveillance, identification and access control mechanisms to guarantee your security and peace of mind.
The building has been designed according to bioclimatic architecture criteria. The heating and hot water comes from a mixed system of photovoltaic and thermal solar panels, and biomass boilers. The consumption control is monitored individually and globally.
The building has services, such as:
- Reception Service (initial welcome).
- Information and assistance service.
- Rooms can be rented for videoconferences, meetings and events.
- Possibility of parking at the Talent House building.
- Residents have free access to communal areas, but must abide by the times set by the Centre's management and the conditions established.
- The Wi-Fi connection is free.
